This pedal is born from an obsession for *that* specific sound: old-school Plexi and JMP, roaring, saturated, full of harmonics, and with just the right touch of imperfection that makes them come alive. The use of J-FET transistors allows recreating the fast response of solid-state combined with tube warmth, with surprising naturalness.

In this version 3.0, a Marshall-style three-band equalization has been added, opening up the tonal palette and making the Poundcake even more flexible and musical.
