The Flippercaster Bass VI Big Star is a work of lutherie and conceptual art created by recovering the original playfield of a 1972 Williams pinball machine. Accorded an octave below the electric guitar, this six-string bass bears on its body the signs, grooves, and wear impressed by the passage of the steel ball. Equipped with internal LED lights activatable via push-pull, it releases a vintage, three-dimensional sound ideal for solo phrasing and chords.
